Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Part 20: Funny Tasting Grog
0So, after messing around with the side missions in the game, I actually go off to meet with Hirgon (You know, that guy we met back several videos who claimed to have ran away from the Black Hand) who is making my life a little harder than it needs to be. He has this really odd plan to draw out the Black Hand using Blasting Powder (which is Gun Powder I think; either way, all you need to know is that is blows things up when it comes into contact with fire). I thought he said that he had run away from the Black Hand which makes me wonder why he doesn’t just tell us where that camp is and allow Talion to plan things out from there (I guess because this is a game and in most games, there is always a give and take relationship between almost every NPC and the character). Regardless of why he is withholding the information we need; we decide to help out with securing the Blasting Powder for him. Well, before we can get to the powder, we are going to need more people in order to assault the area where the Powder is. Hirgon asks us to do our killing in a more discreet method than what we have been doing all game; He tells us that most Orcs love drinking Grog (which I assume is some sort of beer) and they keep these very large barrels of the stuff lying all over their camps. Well, if someone would accidentally add some additional spices that aren’t normally there, well that would cause quiet the problem especially if no one knew who placed the stuff in there.
