This isn't a how-to video, just some stream recordings of me getting the final trophy in the game. However, I will give step-by-step how I achieved it in the description below:

- Choose a Uruk with a high level, doesn't have to be a Warchief, but make sure you pave the way for him being one, and eventually being level 20
- Once he's level 20 AND a Warchief, brand two other (preferably) higher level Uruks and order them to infiltrate your previously chosen Uruk. Help with their missions to become his bodyguards
- Optional, but try to eliminate the chosen Warchief's number of non-branded bodyguards to 1 or 0, not necessary, but helps with keeping your bodyguards alive for the betrayal
- Now go to your chosen Warchief and get him to appear, once he appears, turn his branded bodyguards against him
- Now that the fight has begun, focus on lowering the Warchief's health (do NOT kill him) and taking out any grunts that might be in the way
- Get the Warchief close to your branded bodyguards and make sure one of them gets the killing blow, the rune that appears afterwards should NOT be an epic one, and should be at least level 25

This may only work with one branded bodyguard, but it never hurts to brand another
