Note:
As the works featuring these objects are works of literary fiction, it is often hard to interpret the precise image of something based on text, and size is more often portrayed in relative terms or simply an adjective than precise units. As such many of these objects' sizes are educated guesses, logically inferred, or my own speculation along with the speculation of those I talked to while making this.

A few more notes on particular objects:
The One Ring - the Ring was known to change size to fit the hand of its bearer, which is why there were three rings of different sizes in the video.
Troll - the trolls were incredibly diverse in size, so I just took an average based off the size of Treebeard, who alleged that trolls were originally made in mockery of Ents.
Ungoliant - the size of ungoliant changes throughout her story in the Silmarillion. The size shown here is how big I imagine her to have been after consuming the light of the Two Trees of Valinor.
