Did some offline grinding to get everybody up to Level 8. We have 3 attacks for Fates, Finny, and Grenik now.

* Picked up a Flamberge +2 for Fates, Fire Shield for Dukey, Staff +2 for Smo, ACBracers 6 for Smo
* Tried exploring of what I left in Dusk but came across an area I couldn't leave and couldn't heal. I ended up dying... this is where I learned Items are considered magic and I couldn't
* Couldn't figure out what the Dragon Tooth does
* Started exploring the south of the map
* while exploring the water portion, we came across pirates which had boss animations. Killed them and it was oh so satisfying. They have this really cool exploding animation with a sound effect that makes it super satisfying
* Found Seer Og just outside the swamp area on an island, he didn't tell me anything and booted me off his island, guess I need a quest or something
* Found the council of dragons.... there's a lot of dragons and I stood no chance but this will probably be a later grind spot
* Showed off Succubus fight at Portsmith - totally eradicated my party
* Found a Lion wall that asked me for a password. Couldn't do anything as I didn't have the password.
* Found a white mountain on the world map, it's one square and when I go on it it mentions that there is a Diamond Door. Tried my two keys I had but nothing, will note it's position for the future.
* came across the Desert that lies North East of the map, there seems to be two entrances, one in the south and another in the west. I approached from the South but couldn't navigate it. It kept moving my guy around and I couldn't progress properly
* Tried exploring the North West section of Varn, this place seems to be shrouded in darkness. Came across a boss fight Dark Rider that murdered me easily.
* Demoralized I decided to look for that boss I came across in the swamp - found the Winged Beast... he murdered me. He did give me an option to take me somewhere so after reloading I accpeted... he took me somewhere in the middle of the swamp to a different boss Paul Pead... it murdered me
* However! This boss wasn't as strong as the others so I decided to make a few attempts to fight him and I ended up beating him. But he didn't give me anything and he didn't even give any extra experience
