Ad removed around 14 min, sawblade DOT bug continues upon revive.

Bug happens around 14 minutes 5 seconds on Chapter 8 Level 32 (8-32 or 832).

Upon further review, the 724 damage per tick DOT bug starts around the time (14:05) I meathook into the zombie with the super shotgun and then retreat back across. The sawblade was only in the area during the meathook and was further to the right upon the retreat so I attribute this to the meathook.

The DOT bug ticks several times before I die, then continues to tick after the revive until it is cleared with another meathook attack and associated invulnerability frames. I believe the glory kill a bit after would also clear it with its i-frames, but given the timing I would attribute this one to the meathook.
