As much as I love the Gunvolt games this just is not good enough. There is very little difference for the different abilities. While you can get more stuff the process to do so is also bit obscure. In the normal games you can clearly see when a new ability is something different, but here all the "elements" seem to do nothing. Honestly I was killing stuff way faster once I got the spread/cluster shot and just stood in front spamming attack as fast as possible. That kind of ruins it for me since there is no real strategy other than "shoot everything in the face as fast as possible". Also the stage designs can be really irritating here! Why are there so many stages that are designed to make you fall into pits!?
