in my opinion ROCK LEE(OLD) in 8 GATES MODE is much better than just MINATO USING RASENGAN over and over rock lee (OLD) is simply too quick in Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 .Minato is waaaay to easy to use and the first thing they do is use Rasengan no Combos and go through all of MINATO different variations online.
