Mindfulness of Breathing Guided Meditation
Getting away from it all is sometimes best achieved inside one's own head: if you can't shut up that stupid little inner voice, there will be no peace for you. So, learn to meditate. It is quick, easy, and, over time, effective. Here I step through the simple Mindfulness of Breathing technique, perhaps one of the best methods of all. And if you are worried that it might clash with your religion, note that meditation has nothing to do with your beliefs; this technique is just a method of calming the mind and teaching it how to focus better. You can also observe how autonomous it is, and how separate it is from 'you', the observer.

- Tues & Thurs most weeks: a video at midday
