Pre release 6 for minecraft 1.16 just released and there are things added! The default gamemode of the gamemode switcher is now set to creative when you're in survival and survival when you're in creative! Furthermore there are a lot of bug fixed, like these:
Zombie villagers in zombie villages aren’t persistent.
Glass placed in item frame isn’t rendered properly.
Enchantment glint on shields is rendered incorrectly.
End gateways don’t always teleport the player when throwing an ender pearl into it.
Oh Shiny advancement doesn’t activate when right clicking.
New Nether mobs make too many noises under certain circumstances.
Water / Lava doesnt move entities unless they move first.
