Simple plugin that enables you to link 2 blocks together and create telepads
Players stand on the pads and get teleported to the other block

Download : http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/telepads/

You can set the time it takes to teleport and the text for teleporting inside the config files
In the config files you can also set the block type

Commands:
/createpad (padname) - creates pad
/linkpad (name1) (name2) - Links 2 pads together
/delpad (name) - deletes a pad
/lph (name) - Link pad to current location
/padlist - lists pads
