Minecraft Clock Random Pulse Generator - Melon/Pumpkin Timer
8This time I have created what I call a Melon Timer.

What this thing does is turn the random growth of a melon
or pumpkin into a redstone pulse.
By that description, I'm sure it's been done before,
however this has some added bonuses!
Let's say you're building an adventure map and you want a
rare or single trigger
world event, however you don't want a massive clock running
the whole time, with the chance of a torch derping, while
chewing up resources.
Or say you want a item to be dispensed, or door to be open,
at relatively frequent, but unpredictable, intervals.
Your solution to both of these is plants.
Since melons and pumpkins are solid blocks,
The timer can automatically reset.
Maybe these don't appeal to you, you just want a melon or
pumpkin farm that tells you when all of the plants have
finished sprouting.
The best part about this setup is that it is MODULAR!
