This video showcases an interesting build by a user by the name of Bustercat on discord. It's different than every other build you see because it uses a different approach to finishing levels. The Winter's Touch has Freezing which slows mob movement and attack speed. And it also has a wind horn to slow mobs further. Ghost cloak to be able to move through mobs. You basically speed run through all the mobs and kill raid captains with the encrusted anchor. The speed characteristics and encrusted anchor basically make it a banner trial worthy speed build. But the slowing of the mobs is massively important too because it slows mobs down so much that you can swing your anchor and kill before any mobs can get close to you and kill you
