This video showcases the power of Exploding when coupled with Chains and addresses a few misconceptions about how Gravity and Exploding Work Together. With the exploding enchantment 1-2 seconds after a mob dies its ragdoll explodes dealing (x) amount of damage. Gravity doesn't affect the ragdolls. This means that adding gravity could infact hinder your ability to use Exploding as mobs are sucked into 1 spot and the ragdoll gets flown outside of the spot dealing less damage overall. With something like a spear you can have all mobs sort of in a line as you approach them. You attack and kill the first mob and its ragdoll gets flown into the distance where there's more mobs. Holding the first mob in place for defense and holding the rest in the back in place helps make sure Exploding lands correctly and gives the same defensive advantage as gravity.
