1. Go to factions page and download the factions.jar based on your version of craftbukkit. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT...if you have craftbukkit 1.6.2 then download factions plugin for 1.6.1 ... if you have craftbukkit 1.5.2 then download the factions plugin for 1.5.2
You can find the plugins for there specific version of craftbukkit on the right side of the page listed under "Recent Files" ....same goes for mcore
2. Download Mcore http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/mcore/files/23-mcore-6-6-0/
3. Drop factions and mcore into your plugins folder
4. Restart your server
5. (MAKE SURE you have Java 7 installed) then skip to 1:30
