How to put handmade custom maps into the game:
-Make a map in the game, put it in a chest, close the game
-Make a 128x128 pixel PNG image
-Open the image with ImageToMap, save it as a .dat format map file.
-Put the map file into .minecraft\saves\*customworldfolder*\data\ (Overwrite the existing map file)
