I thought this might be useful to people as it's silent and doesn't need any other resources than redstone. Well, apart from stone and wood obviously.

As far as I can tell there aren't many other purely redstone T-Flip Flops out there that aren't susceptible to issues with input signal length or strength (even comparators require a certain signal strength usually).
