Hey guys, this is the first part of the in-depth tutorial on how to create the automatic solar panels that I had in an earlier video.

This video goes over the blocks needed, the basic definitions of what will be used in the program and a small explanation of lists, iteration, for loops and displaying text on monitors. Part 2 is finishing up the conditional statements to get the program running.

This does use c# programming, but I'm hoping that pretty much anyone can use this video to set this up for themselves, and maybe get their eye in for how programs work in Space Engineers.
