According to Mojang, there is a new cat mobs:

One is called Ocelot and once they become tamed, they can give birth to cats in a few different kind of skins. They seem to be shy when they are untamed!

Skeleton and Zombie AI has changed, now they can know how to get out of the maze, and when is sunlight they go to a dark spot quick.
