This tutorial show how to test whether a player reached that score or not. Here is the testfor Command:
/testfor @p[score_[SCORE NAME]=1,score_[SCORE NAME]_min=1]
This will test for only 1 point.
/testfor @p[score_[SCORE NAME]=5,score_[SCORE NAME]_min=2]
This will test for 2 - 5 points
