Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta 404 Challenge - EP2 - The Rules
2About: At the Spawn of your Seed, you will find a cave. Once the first night hits, you must enter the cave, never to return to the surface. Follow the rules below and you will be fine. The goal is to last as long as possible and complete certain tasks on Hard difficulty.
The 404 Challenge is supposed to use the seed of 404 for a custom map but that seed does not work with MCPE/Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Beta. Instead a different seed is used, 292202.

The Rules!
1. You have until the first night fall to gather supplies. Spend your time wisely! Once night hits you MUST venture into the hole, never to return to the surface again!
2. You can gather any resource you find top side, but venturing into any other caves (for iron mostly) is not allowed. Sunlit caves are allowed.
3. Once you enter the cave, you must stay there until death do you part.
4. No torches! Your only source of light is Flint & Steel. Furnace light is fine while cooking. Coal/Charcoal can be used for cooking. There are possibilities in the Nether. :)
5. Survive and thrive. Don't simply build a wall around yourself. Explore. Build. Progress! Your 'score' will be based on what you accomplished, not simply how long you survived.
6. Only mine ores that are is visible. If you see an ore, you can mine it and the blocks around it to see if you got all of it. No branch/strip mining allowed. You are spelunking/surviving here, not at your 9 to 5 mining job. Mindcrack UHC rules apply for this. You may dig toward water or mobs and if you happen to run into ore, you may claim it.
7. Difficulty must be either Hard or the farthest right notch on Difficulty in Windows 10 Edition Beta/MCPE.
8. 1 life. If you die the challenge is over. Start a new 404 world if you want to try again.
9. No inventory edits or 'cheating' of any kind.
10. You cannot craft your own armor. If a mob drops their armor, you can wear it as long as it isn't Enchanted.
Tasks to Accomplish:
1. Find one (1) of each ore (Iron, Gold, Diamond, Redstone, Lapis Lazuli) and mine them with Silk Touch
2. Fish and acquire 5 of each Fish.
3. Build a nice house somewhere underground to comeback to and for storing your items.
4. Find an Abandoned Mineshaft
5. Make at least one of each potion if possible
6. Survive an angry Zombie Pigman mob.
