This runs on XaviX based hardware and will be supported in MAME 0.271, just uses 4 floor pads, 2 for each player, you have to stand on both to jump, which is trickier to time on keyboard (as it's too easy to press both buttons accidentally) than it is with the real hardware, but still playable.
