Approach Summary : First, Count the frequency of characters of each string in a map/array of size 26. Loop over all characters and if the frequency of a character in t is less than the frequency of the same character in s then add the difference between the frequencies to the answer. We can also do it in a simple way like storing the difference of frequency of char in a map/array of size 26 and adding them.
