Ok so before the hardcore fighter or fighter community comes after me on this one, lemme say, that I am a VERY casual, I repeat, VERY casual SF player. I am not looking to get better, I am just playing the game to have a good time. So plis, don't grill me too hard k? K.

I've been playing the SF franchise since its first appearance at an ice cream shop in San Juan Puerto Rico when I lived there in '91. And that game was the OG Street Fighter 2 game. Ever since then I loved it. I played religiously all throughout my junior and high school years. So between '91 - '99. I've played everything from the OG, to Alphas to all crossovers and finally all SF3 versions. However in 99 my love for fighting games was dwindling so playing 3rd strike was met with not giving it a chance. Then this game came out and I saw what was in it... saw that it had all the SF versions that I payed when I was a teen and finally decided to play the hell out of it.

Now I can see why many had praised 3rd strike as being the best SF even after SF4 and 5 hit the scene. Now 6 is out and a lot of people really like it. I've played 4 and 5 and I enjoyed it, but like many of the community said and are correct, there was nothing like 3rd strike and I can see why. Easily my fave rendition of the series. The graphics, the music (especially the music) and just how it plays in general. before 3rd strike, my fave was actually Alpha 3.
I had my fave characters over the years, and if a hardcore SF player asked me who my main was, I'd tell you Sagat. Sure he's a Shoto (which is usually either frowned upon or just a joke style) but I loved his character as a whole. My other faves were Guile, Deejay, Cammy, Elena, Ibuki and my 2nd main, Dudley. I loved Ken and Ryu back then when they first appeared, but as new games started to appear, I just liked playing with those aforementioned more. Anyhow, in this playthrough, I play with Dudley, which I don't know why I love him so much, but I just have so much fun with him as a whole.

As always, enjoy my beautiful boring gameplay!
