First thing I'll say is I really do pride myself in my ability to drive and park properly in games like this. It's definitely harder to do than irl. Irl driving is fucking EASY compared to GTA, Mario Kart, etc..

Anyway, when you start the Virus Injection objective that I do in this video, be on the lookout for those special motorcycles - called "X-2 Phantom". You get one later on for a certain sidequest (and holy shit is it fast and handles well!), but you can not only get it early by nabbing one from this mission, but also the ones you get from it are customizable while the one you get as a sidequest reward isn't (though you still can customize it via a glitch).

It is hands-down now my favorite motorcycle to use.

Also to clarify, if you look closely you'll notice that that car I nabbed was actually from one of my allies (named "Homies") who unceremoniously blew up almost as soon as they showed up. They're Saint-affiliated and will help you out during Virus Injections, and also will attack cops/Zin if they're in the area. Hell you can see a dead Homie in the passenger seat while I was sitting in the original vehicle before I blew it up. Didn't see him at first xD

The problem with the car is that, no matter how many times I take it to a car shop to change its underglow color to red, it ALWAYS defaults back to purple whenever I call it in with my phone. I'm gonna chalk that up to a bug, because this game's full of them like that.
