Mission 2: Speakeasy | Hard Difficulty | Tropico 6
23Strategy:
I've divided this mission into 2 phases
1) Upto 1st election (What you do here makes on breaks the game)
2) After 1st election
Phase 1) Upto 1st election (First 10 years)
1. I'll further divide this phase into 2 parts (8Yrs + 2 Yrs)
2. For the first 8 years build economy
3. Earlier the revenue generation starts easier it would be at later stage
4. During first 8 yrs do not waste valuable time and resources in completing faction demands
5. Next 2 years (8-10 yrs) complete faction demands to help you will elections.
Phase 2) After 1st election
1. Export business that I established in the first 8 years is now enough to sustain the economy
2. I will not build any more businesses
3. I will now just complete Main Quests and faction demands. It will be enough to win the game.
Pirate Cove is ready carry out raids and treasure hunts regularly.
Also build commando garrison and carry out "Intimidate neighbor" raids. Its increases your support%.

1:41 - Build Construction office (change construction office work mode to "Ignore safety regulations" to speed up the construction process)
1:53 - Build Sugar plantation and rum distillery
2:43 - Build Mines ( Coal, Gold, Nickle and Iron)
4:26 - Build teamster office to speed up the transportation
4:35 - Build shipyard because boats have very good export value
4:49 - Build pirate cove to carry out raids
5:15 - Build steel mill (Good export value and required for setting up weapon mill)
5:31 - Build Library (generates knowledge required for carrying out research and issue edicts)
6:08 - Invite axis to embassy
7:22 - Build Watchtower (Main Mission)
7:44 - Smuggler's trade route
8:37 - Export weapons
8:58 - Pass prohibition (Main Quest)
9:21 - Build weapon's factory
10:54 - 2 yrs to election. Give speech and complete faction demands
14:00 - Build prison (Main mission)
15:19 - Election won. now the phase 2 starts (The economy is self sufficient now. I wont spend a penny anymore on economy. I will just complete faction demands and main quest)
15:50 - Build commando garrison
16:54 - Have restaurant with crime safety below 30 (Main Quest)
18:11 - Arrest Tropicans (Main Quest)
18:47 - Have bank with crime safety below 30 (Main Quest)
19:23 - Have El Presidente visit a bank
19:47 - Have prisons in the small island (Main Quest)
20:45 - Dirty Rats (Main Quest)
23:02 - Have a prison with interrogation room upgrade (main Quest)
24:38 - 2 Yrs before 2nd election
29:37 Cabaret (main Quest)
31:15 - Strike a shady deal with a crime lord
32:04 - Arrest the kingpin (You need to have a Police station and a Dungeon to be able to catch the kingpin)
