We are approaching the end of May, and once the Council Report happens, everything is going to change. Our sniper has proven to be an excellent covert operative, and we are rapidly closing in on EXALT.

On the strategy layer, we've put off the Officer Training School and the majority of the Foundry projects for just this moment, because the plan is to put satellites over all of Asia for the Future Combat bonus. If my calculations are correct, we'll be able to buy ALL available perks and bonuses the moment the month ends.

Also, Chryssalids are terrifying.
