I was very happy/lucky I managed to clutch out those last couple of jerks in Train Car. Health management was very difficult for that stage. That said, Train Roof is probably the hardest stages in the game. It took a ton of practice and memorizing.
Note: you keep your ammo and health between mission parts, but they change to a set amount after dying or failing the mission, which is the case for all videos in this series.
