Update: I think the issue is resolved.
MiSTer.ini setting for MiniMig (Amiga core)
[minimig]
video_mode_ntsc=8
video_mode_pal=9
vsync_adjust=0

In Amiga, I set the "ScreenMode Preferences" to
MULTISCAN: Productivity

Thank you to everyone that made suggestions.

I haven't use the MiSTer Amiga core in a while. Today when I booted it up I noticed the screen seems to open normally then snaps to smaller screen size. I'm not sure why or what is causing this.

Any ideas or suggestions?
