MiSTer FPGA - MiSTer Mini-ITX Ironclad LITE Installation Tutorial

Overall I am very happy with this product, but I must call out the elephant in the room that customer service response from the provider of the MiSTer Mini-ITX Ironclad Lite needs major improvement. When I ordered this on day of release, there was a mistake on my order, the response to fix this and add a part was immediate. Upon receiving the items ordered there was a single part missing.
At the time of posting this video, we are a week into myself chasing for an update on the missing part and zero response on both X and email directly. Research shows that this is simply the product owner not prioritising responses as seen on the follow threads such as Reddit ( https://www.reddit.com/r/MiSTerFPGA/comments/1f2apf9/d3fmod_scam_or_legit/ ) and MiSTer FPGA forum ( https://misterfpga.org/viewtopic.php?p=92790 ).
Do your own research - but knowing what I know already about this - if I was asked if I would buy again, it would be a solid yes as my customer service experience currently is zero so I would be aware of the risks, but know the frustrations and delays. I will update this area if I am ever responded to.
