This is a talk by Richard Moyes for MIT course 6.S099: Artificial General Intelligence. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Article 36, which is a UK-based not-for-profit organization working to prevent the unintended, unnecessary or unacceptable harm caused by certain weapons.
