More fun with Mitsuru mirrors. I honestly don't think there are enough of these, considering I rarely run into many. But when I do, they're always a rousing game of fraud-gameplay tactics. As you can see I start the round off with sweep. Good ole sweep. I do that too often at the start of rounds, but I've started doing it less now because j.B defeats it and gives Mitsuru a free combo, which you don't want happening in a match up like this. I know it seems like a weird thing to do, jumping twice and then do sweep when I land, but the reason I did it was because I assume they're going to droit. It works some of the time. Not something to rely on though.

As this video suggests, sweep is really good against Mitsuru if she doesn't counter it with either 5B or j.B. I honestly don't know why he didn't bufudyne near the end. I think that would have made the round much easier to win had he done it.

A new character, Akihiko, these guys are rare on netplay. At least for me. I need more experience with this one. Typically I try to outspace them and fish for 4B hits. That's like the thing you do. But now I'm more inclined to sweep a bit more in this match-up. Sweep, in general, is a really good normal, but Akihiko's normals hit mid which means it can defeat his 5A and 5B. It won't defeat something like 2A or 2B though. Most Akihikos are scared to do 2A against Mitsuru though, because of that damned 4B she has. So taking advantage of how much they respect you can prove beneficial.
