Fabian Arispe e Billie Rodriguez lançaram uma nova versão do MK Komplete Mugen que incluem novos packs como UMK3 de SNES e o MK4.
Houve a adição do Mugenhook que é tipo um add on para os MKs Mugens que serve pra animar a tela de seleção e também colocar os sons para falar os nomes dos personagens e fazer mais algumas outras coisas como ocultar os chars ou deixalos para desbloquealos com algum código ou requisito. Também foi refeito as torres do MK1 e MK2 mantendo o aspecto original das versões de Arcade, foi arrumado a tela de seleção do UMKT Hack de Mega Drive que ficou bem mais parecido com original.

Parabéns a Fabian Arispe e a Billie Rodriguez por está nova edição pois ficou muito bem feito as novas adições em todos packs.
