On the Moon within the Giganos HQ, Turchinov is being called the heck out by Guiltorre for his more aggressive actions as of late and his desire to fire the Mass Driver upon Earth, which Guil dislikes as he'd rather not harm Earth. Turchinov realizes he's not conna change his boss's mind, so he gets straight to the point with a gun, murders Guiltorre and frames Meio for the action, assuming direct control of the forces. Nice guy. Also Cima's still around, enjoying the lovely mutiny.

Meio escapes and has to fend off Turchinov's goon squad for a time before he receives backup - first in the form of his Practice buds and Min, and next in the form of Londo Bell. Hayato, Duke, and Maria get right to work on swinging from behind and drilling off the Mass Driver, to ensure Turchinov doesn't get any funny ideas.
