As the title suggests, it is a texture hack over Luigi Circuit GCN for Double Dash. I gave it a sunset theme to see how well the texures would come together. The characters are Fire Toad (Blue) from New Super Mario Bros. Wii and Fire Toadette. She's a custom texture of how I imagine a fire version of Toadette would be. I don't really plan on doing the entire game but maybe some characters or tracks of interest.
