Even though I seemed to be done coding MKWii, I still had ideas to attempt. :D

The POW block has a delay between each successful use.

Not every POW "counts" / is seen by others as well if they are used repeatedly. You may know that.

This code removes the delay to allow receiving EVERY POW that is called in. Xylon spammed them (not me!) in the video for demonstration purpoises. To receive them instantly you may use mdmwii´s "Instant POW" code. :P

NOTE:
There´s NO way to "send" everyone POWs as fast as me "receiving" like seen in the video. They need to run the code in order to gain the "no reveiving delay" effect. The delay is on the receiving end, not sending one. You can NOT just spam random people with this code.

I was the ONLY person in the race who used the "No POW Delay" code that's why I continuously got struck while e.g. Akena didn't!

In case you wondered, BF Akena randomly joined us while testing this code. :)
