MMBN4: Gold Mr. Prog in the WaterGod Comp

This is a rather obscure secret in Mega Man Battle Network 4 that, as far as I'm aware, has not been known to the English community until now. You can easily play through this game dozens of times and never come across this.
It turns out that whenever you jack in to the WaterGod Comp in Mega Man Battle Network 4, there is a 1-in-16 chance that a Gold Mr. Prog will spawn in one of the following areas:
* WaterGod Comp 2
* WaterGod Comp 9
* WaterGod Comp 12
* WaterGod Comp 14
If you find this Mr. Prog he will fully restore your HP and also give you Zennys, BugFrags or a BattleChips.
The quickest path I've found that visits all 4 areas is the following. You can also see it in the video.
1 → 6 → [14] → 7 → 5 → 3 → 11 → [9] → 11 → 3 → [2] → 10 → 8 → [12]
(In this video I modded the game so that the Mr. Prog will always appear in comp 12, so I can show off the cutscene that happens.)
For every game difficulty there is a set of 8 rewards that can be found, from which 5 will be randomly chosen when you begin a new game (no duplicates will be chosen). Once all 5 rewards for that playthrough have been obtained, the Mr. Prog will no longer appear until you start a new playthrough.

Note that you must have gotten Paulie/Jammer's scenario during the Red Sun/Blue Moon Tournament in order to be able to access the WaterGod Comp and claim the rewards in that playthrough.
