MMO Story – An Often Overlooked Aspect. What I Learned from Playing with Viewers in Broken Ranks
457A few days ago, my Twitch collaboration with Broken Ranks ended. As part of that campaign, I was supposed to simply play the game. I didn't realize it was a "silent" game, so for fun, the viewers democratically decided for me to start dubbing it.
This allowed me to learn, whether I wanted to or not, about its plot and dialogue.
This, in turn, made me finally open up to the narrative aspect of MMOs, which I think is often overlooked. And it shouldn't be—at least not everywhere.
