Orbiting a dying star in a forgotten solar system, the red, iron rich planet of Malu teems with life. Near the equator, on one of the few land masses, lies a colossal pillar that ignites the sky with energy. All forms of life, both plant and animal, depend on this energy to survive. Crystalline orbs grow in trees and brush to collect energy which gets consumed by the strange and exotic beasts that stalk the crimson plains.
Malu is home to many unique life forms that thrive in different environments. Forests, swamps, and mountains are home to the different species who call Malu home. Each environment is inhabited in different ways and provides many unique resources which make life on Malu possible.
