Mnemonic Gameplay! Mnemonic Prototype is Derek Brand's Amnesia Fortnight 2014 project. Double Fine is courageous for trying to make this because the pitch was entirely about the visuals and they struggled to make an actual game out of it. This game definitely has moments where things come together and you can see what the potential is, and it is very cool. It seems like there needs to be a lot more thinking about the player's perspective because at a point I was just clicking everything hoping to progress the story. Very mixed feelings about this one, but it was definitely a great experience and has a lot of strengths! :D
