1: This shot came together beautifully! All departments working together to realize this moment, beautifully!
2: Animator helped greatly by providing these temporary “water tubes”. So appreciate when they go the extra mile to help us in Effects!
3: I test my setup by creating just two water columns.
4: Once I get approval in the first two, I go through the rest. Got some bad frames there, sorry.
5: Hard to see, but I thought it’d be good to add some water droplets/mist coming off Eagle Maui’s wings at the end there. Always good to see character and effects interaction to build believability.
**I actually just realized while posting this, that the droplets/mist didn’t make it in the final shot!😳 Haha Oh, well😅 -it happens…🥸
