Is mobius laggy, jumpy, or jerky on your Samsung? Here's a fix!

The framerate on Samsungs (and other android devices) jumps all over the place, I was so frustrated with the screen constantly jerking around I didn't want to play Mobius anymore, but thankfully I remembered the Game Tuner application that comes on Samsung devices, after a lot of experimentation I've narrowed down a good set of settings to fix the framerate issue and make the game feel much smoother.
Just a quick note: The little lag/jump on the very first attack of a battle always seems to happen regardless of optimization, I think that is a server side problem (possibly waiting for some kind of loading from the server).
