The glitch effect goes down as your speed gets higher. For Veyron the engine acceleration starts overcoming the glitch effect at around 190mph or above (despite the glitch works up to 200+mph in my no throttle attempt here) and u should stop pressing mod change at above 190 or it will slow the car down.
