First in a series of video tutorials showing how to mod Fallout 3 using Mod Organizer. This video goes over the basics of preparing your game to use Mod Organizer, downloading and installing MO, basic layout and usage, and configuration.

Then we install the Fallout Script Extender (FOSE) and download/install a mod for borderlass windowed mode: OneTweak for FO3.
