Episode 2 of this series covers a number of fixes for Fallout 3. These include, .ini tweaks and archive invalidation, and various mods to "fix" the game.

Will be downloading four mods that improve performance and stability: "Large Address Aware Enabler for FO3" "Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch" "FO3 Stutter Remover" and "New Vegas Anti-Crash".

My apologies about the microphone issues. The old mic was failing and I bought a new half way through producing this video.
I'm still working on the proper settings to bring the best quality for the future.

FPS Management
bInject_iFPSClamp = 1 (change from 0 to 1)
fMaximumFPS = 60 (default is 0, Kelmych and I agree that 60 would be best)
fMinimumFPS = 20 (default is 15, this change is just being OCD, really)
iFPS_Report_Period = 4000 (change from 15000 to 4000)
