2The Mechanic is a catchall for producing blocks not handled elsewhere. In general, they craft all the redstone blocks and travel blocks (rails). But, the mechanic will also craft the gate blocks, storage blocks (the ingot blocks), dried kelp, enchanting tables, and more! The Mechanic can also make a lot of the blocks added by other mods that don't get picked up by another crafter.
