I got the idea that it might be neat to have a Pi or two set up as a camera to stream my trains from time to time. I found a project on github to make a Pi 4 into a NDI source and I already had an older 1.2 Pi cam.

Slapped them together and it worked!

I usually stream games but I now have a channel reward "Activate train cam" that runs this camera on my layout.

Then I also got curious, what if I blew up the image and made it just a live stream of the layout in general so this short half hour stream was a test of that.

Now that it worked in concept I will probably get the higher quality V2 cam, possibly 2 and a mic to run out of the sources as well for better sound.
