To unlock the new crossbow you need to get 5 kills per game for 25 games using only marksman rifles with a reflex site on it. The best way to finish this challenge as quickly as possible is to play shoothouse, tdm, or domination; they all take around 5 minutes but i'd recommend shoothouse.
