0Clickbait Title: This new 2022 JRPG will leave you in madness!!!
Monark is a 2021 Japanese role-playing game developed by Lancarse for the Playstation 4, PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch. It will be localized and ported to Microsoft Windows by NIS America in February 22nd, 2022.
The game has a lot of interesting idea and a very good set of vocal songs but is unfortunately plagued with some rather questionable game design choices and some of those really really irk me.
Don't let my positively negative opinions completely sway you away from checking the game out though because I may have been influenced by the fact that I wanted to rush the game so I could play Shin Megami Tensei V, which was released a month later.
