Monkey City doesn’t affect Banks? (Version 31.0)

5Version 31.0 apparently doesn’t make Monkey City affect Banks. Was this always the case? I swear it worked on earlier updates. It should ideally affect the pockets of cash gained into the Bank (which would be the “bananas” added per round).
