Monkeywrenching the Beast #21 - The Big Day for Bulk Storage or The Return of the Quarry
After all the preparation, it's time to put our glacier warehouse to use so we can keep our ocean quarries running constantly. I've got a very simple but fairly nifty idea for modular, mass reproducible, bulk storage on demand. This also gives me an excuse to craft two new toys: the architect table and the builder.
This will accomplish the most difficult part of a sorting system for all the resources generated by the quarry. With some diamond pipe the rest will be a snap.
The final step after this will be to setup recyclers and mass fabricators for the overflow of the bulk storage beyond what we will ever reasonably use.
Note: We got so into playing that our progress has far exceeded our episodes. I will keep them coming out (nearly daily) until we are caught up...Apologies to my vanilla subscribers if things are out of balance for the moment.
Our seed is "Newtopia FTB LP" because our overarching theme is to build a super high tech minecraft utopia that complements the biomes, rather than a beastly industrial landscape.
The theme music for this series is One-Eyed Maestro by Kevin MacLeod on Incompetech.com. He describes it as music to make skeletons dance.
